2021 NCHC Tickets: Sports Club/Program Pre-Order Form

January 29th & 30th District Attendees- Event Pass increases to $15, Thursday, January 21st
February 5th & 6th District Attendees- Event Pass increases to $15, Wednesday, January 27th
Regional Championship Attendees- Event Pass increases to $20, after February 16th Event Pass ordered after the 16th will likely only be available via Will Call Pick up by the program director only, on Thursday of the event.

Due to facility requirements at many events, the 2021 NCHC District & Regional Events have eliminated cash transactions at the Gate.

We are moving to a Sports Club/Program Only Pre-Order Event Pass for Gate this year due to facility fan restrictions. We will do the pre-orders until we sell out of capacity for that event or facility. Each Club/Program will place one order for all of its team fans/parents. If there is any capacity left, we will make the Event Pass available 10 days before the event, but it will be $5 more than the original price (below). — Update– No capacity will be available to the public, all orders must be made by the program leader to the NCHBC, with no exceptions.

The NCHC Policy is that we do not issue refund checks; however, we do not typically do pre-order on gate entry as this is normally paid the day of the event. If an event is canceled, all ticket sales will be refunded. If facility restrictions tighten, we will also refund any tickets that become invalid.

District Event Pass $10 (two days worth of tickets)
Regional Event Pass $15 (three days worth of tickets)

Sports/Programs will receive a packet (either in the mail or at Will Call) with the ticket block they pay for.

Each Event Pass will have 1 ticket per day of the event. A $15 Regional 3-day event will include 3 specific tickets for this event.

Each Event Pass must be assigned to a specific participant & team/age group.

A Parent with multiple kids will need to buy just one event pass to have priority to see all of their children play.

Each facility has different capacity restrictions that limit the number of priority (guaranteed) fans permitted per participant. When these capacities are in jeopardy, the facility has the right to remove all non-primary fans. Facility restrictions are based on working with the local health department to allow our children to play games.

Children 5 & under will not have a fee. Admittance is still subject to Capacity &/or facility COVID Restrictions.

Players do not need an event pass as they are permitted free entry. If they are at the gym as a fan, presence is subject to Capacity &/or facility COVID Restrictions. While players do not need to purchase a ticket, they do need to be counted as one of the 2 spectators per a certain participant.  

Coaches do not need to purchase an Event Pass. Each team attending an event will receive a total of two event passes for their coaches. A program with 7 teams attending the event will receive 14 complimentary event passes for the programs coaching staff to be distributed however you see fit.

The Sports Club/Program Block Pre-Order Form will have the following restrictions as per the local health departments and/or the facilities’ own restrictions.

Programs may pick up as many or as few event passes as they would like within these parameters as long as we have available capacity.

  • Midwest Regional: 2 available event passes per registered event participant (Player, Coach, or Cheerleader) Must be Immediate Family
  • Big South Regional: 2 available event passes tickets per registered event participant (Player, Coach, or Cheerleader)
  • Heartland Regional: 2 available event passes tickets per registered event participant (Player, Coach, or Cheerleader)
  • Northern District (Appleton, WI): 15 total event passes per registered Team.
  • Red River District (Mansfield, TX): 2 event passes available tickets per registered event participant (Player, Coach, or Cheerleader)
  • Brazos River District (Houston, TX): 2 event passes  available tickets per registered event participant (Player, Coach, or Cheerleader)
  • Arkansas River District (Wichita, KS): 2 event passes available tickets per registered event participant (Player, Coach, or Cheerleader)
  • Gulf Coast District (Monroe, LA): 20 total event passes per registered Team.

A ticket is guaranteed admission to the specifically assigned participant’s game.  Each facility will have different restrictions based on working with their local health department. In some events facilities may require fans to wait until 10 minutes before their assigned participants game & also require the fan to leave immediately following their specific participants game has concluded, with no re-entry permitted that day, unless your team is playing again.
