• DEADLINES: Player Registration- Early Bird Extended for 2nd time to: December 15th

Player Registration Last Chance Early Bird- December 16th: Add $10 per registration.
The late fee will increase per player per event, beginning in January.
On February 1st, the Player Fee will increase one final time by another $10 per player per event.

Player Registration Closes: Player Registration for each event opens until the week of the event and sometimes up to the last day before the event.

You are registering for an Invitational Event hosted by the National Christian Homeschool Championships (NCHC). Please Note: Participation in this tournament is a privilege reserved exclusively for approved Association Member Teams.

1. Membership & Invitational Status By submitting this registration, your program is applying for Membership in the NHBA (Basketball) or NHVBA (Volleyball). Admission is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to vet all applicants and curate the field to ensure the safety, integrity, and competitive balance of the Association.

2. Our “Sword & Bridge” Philosophy We govern our membership efficiently using two tools:

• The Sword (Integrity): We actively verify ages, transfers, and conduct. We enforce the Spirit of the Rules and will not hesitate to adjudicate issues that threaten the fairness of the Association.
• The Bridge (Opportunity): We work tirelessly to help compliant member teams navigate the rules to ensure every eligible athlete has a place to play.

3. The Partnership Requirement “The Bridge” requires a partner. Our ability to advocate for your program is directly tied to your cooperation.

• Deadlines are Vital: If a program misses administrative deadlines, our hands are tied.
• Communication is Key: When leadership stops communicating, our ability to help stops immediately.
• Transparency: Hiding information or “ghosting” administration may result in the forfeiture of your Membership and invitation.
