This year’s event is 100% digital for gate fees.
Early Bird Deadline: October 12th. Prices increase on October 13th.

  • Early Bird Gate/Ticket Price Discount Deadline: October 12th.- Purchase by Clicking Here
  • Registered Players: Do not need an entry ticket.
  • Coaches: Each team will receive two complimentary Coach Passes for gate admission. These passes must be picked up at the designated coach check-in area. All other coaches, table helpers, etc., must have a purchased pass to enter. Example: If an organization has four teams, they will receive eight total coaches’ passes and can distribute these as they see fit.
  • Fans & Spectators: Event tickets are sold exclusively through our Ticket Tailor. Please have your digital tickets ready on your phone to be scanned at the gate. For tournament passes, you will receive a wristband that is valid for the entire weekend. Please make sure this stays accessible. If looking for your ticket, search Ticket Tailor for the confirmation email.

Tournament & Gameplay Information

Brackets & Schedule

  • Brackets: Brackets will be released on or before Monday, October 13th, via our social media channels and on the official Bracket Page.
  • Game Times: You can expect to know your age group’s earliest start time seven days before the event.
  • Rolling Schedule: All matches, both pool play and bracket play, will follow a rolling schedule. Matches will begin immediately upon the conclusion of the prior match on that court.
  • Double Check: Check your opening pool assignments and brackets every evening and morning. Changes are always possible.

Scoring & Reporting

New for Regionals: Scores must be texted in immediately after each game.

  • TEXT SCORES to: 1 (417) 203-7447 (This is an online text number and cannot receive calls). We rely on quick texts to update brackets efficiently. Both teams should text in their scores.
  • Format:
    • Line 1: Gender w/ Age group and then DIVISION, then BRACKET or POOL Title (e.g., Girls 16u Silver Consolation)
    • Line 2: Team name w/ score vs Team name w/ score (e.g., San Juan Rams 25,25 vs HECHA 22,19)
    • The division and bracket or pool title is KEY to finding your game quickly.

Fine Designs will have t-shirts set up all day for all three days of Nationals.

Sports Pavilion Lawrence: Facility Rules and Floor Plan

The Sports Pavilion does not allow the following inside the facility:

  • Outside Food/Drinks
  • Coolers
  • Lawn Chairs (Stadium Chairs/Seat Backs on the bleachers are OK)

Concessions: Sandbar Subs will be open to the public during Nationals.

Seating: There is a limited number of seats available around each court. Please DO NOT save seats or take seats away from fans whose teams will be on the court. Please be respectful of other teams’ fans and give them space to cheer on their players.

Next week, beat the Thursday rush and get your weekend started early! The Sports Pavilion Lawrence will be open on Wednesday (October 15th) evening for coaches to check in, fans to grab their wristbands, and everyone to get a sneak peek at the massive facility before the action begins.

  • Time & Location: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at the Sports Pavilion Lawrence

βœ… What’s Happening?

  • COACHES CHECK-IN: Coaches can finalize paperwork and receive their official tournament credentials.
  • FAN WRISTBAND PICKUP: Fans can collect their wristbands early so you can walk right in Thursday morning.
  • FACILITY SNEAK PEEK: Get comfortable navigating the huge 16-court facility before it’s packed with 200+ teams.

We strongly encourage all local and early-arriving attendees to take advantage of this time to skip the long lines!

We NEED two players in Team USA Girls, the team will be competing in the 18u Division 3/4. Players 13 and up are permitted.

Important Policies

  • Age Guidelines: The NCHVC is Age Pure. All age groups are based on the player’s age on August 1st of this year.
  • Dual Rostering: For our Dual Roster Policies, go to Section at https://www.nchclive.com/guidelines/Β 
  • Team USA: Team USA cannot eliminate a team from D1, or Gold, Silver, or Bronze Ball contention. In pools, Team USA will advance as the last-place finisher. Their results against other teams will affect pool results.
