We have important updates regarding the upcoming tournament. Please review the details below carefully.

📢 Stewardship is a Partnership: 2027 Big South Planning is Underway

At the NCHC, we don’t guess—we build based on your data. With a record-breaking field of nearly 230 teams in North Dallas, your feedback is the only way we can manage an event of this magnitude. Whether you are an AD, Parent, or Player, your voice directly dictates our 2027 blueprint for facility clusters and our scheduling priorities. 🗺️

We need your input on the “DFW Reality”—specifically the balance between Program Unity (keeping all your teams together) and Conflict Mitigation (dual-roster scheduling). Your data drives our contracts and our court allocations. ✍️

The 2027 Leadership Incentive: Programs whose Athletic Directors and Head Coaches complete this review by Saturday Night will be logged for 24-Hour Early Access to the 2027 Discounted Hotel Blocks. Ensure your program is at the front of the line for the best rates and locations in the DFW metroplex next year. 🏨💨
