Exciting News for 2025! The NCHVC will be working on a transition with Larry Johnson (who is retiring) & Lamar Sports to bring the Heartland Regional under the NCHVC Umbrella!

2025 HomeSchool Volleyball Heartland Regionals Fees
A 5% convenience fee will be added to the invoice or at checkout. This 5% fee is waived for payments made by check.
Multi-Team Discount:
- No discounts are offered for the 1st or 2nd teams.
- $100 off per team after the 2nd team.
- Example: If an organization sends 5 teams, they receive $100 off for teams 3, 4, & 5 for a total savings of $300.
Early Bird Registration & Deposit – May 1st – June 30th (space permitting):
- Registration and a $100 Deposit are Due by the June 30th deadline.
- Early Bird Team Fees:
- $300* for 14u Girls, 16u Girls, 18u Boys & Girls – ADD $100 after June 30th
- $100* for Girls 12u, Boys 16u, & Boys 14u – ADD $100 after June 30th
- To qualify for the Early Bird Team Fee, teams must register and make a $100 deposit by June 30th. The remainder of the team fee payment is due by July 31st.
$0 Regional Early Bird Player Fee– Player Registration opens July 1st
- $0 Early Bird Player Fee— To qualify, players must register by July 31st.
- $10 Late Fee – For players who do not register during the Early Bird Registration period.

July 29th Update- Eligibility-
Lamar Sports Events Transition back to NCHC
Following the recent vote, here is how Lamar Sports Events’ returning to the NCHC will be handled in terms of Eligibility:
- Heartland Volleyball Regionals: For the next two years, eligibility guidelines will remain similar to what you’re accustomed to. Athletic directors from each sport will vote in 2027 to determine the guidelines for 2028 events. Players who do not fully meet NCHC guidelines will be required to request hardship forms and go through that process.
- Cross Country and Track & Field Nationals: These events will operate under NCHC guidelines for the next two years, starting after Lamar hosts the 2025 events. Athletic directors will vote in 2028 to determine the guidelines for 2029 events. Players who do not fully meet NCHC guidelines will be required to request hardship forms and go through that process.
During this transition, the primary focus will be to streamline registration and ensure a smooth experience for homeschool student-athletes, teams, families, and organizations. Larry will serve as the on-site Director for the 2025 Heartland Volleyball Regional & Cross Country Nationals, marking his and Marcie’s final event in their roles.

Public School Student/School Participation
- Approval for public school students or actual schools wishing to compete at former Lamar Sports Events is not guaranteed. These situations will require a vote and approval from participating teams and leaders, aligning with the NCHC philosophy that those competing against such teams should approve their participation.
