Midwest Championships: New Dates-

• Midwest: Due to an unforeseen facility double-booking, we will move 1 day earlier, Wednesday, February 25th, through Friday, February 27th. This change allows us to use all 16 courts for all three days, which will significantly improve the tournament experience. The new schedule means no games on Wednesday before noon, most teams won’t play until after 4:00 PM. More details: CLICK HERE

Auxiliary Facility Change for Big South- 

• Big South: We’ve had to secure a new auxiliary facility for the Big South due to our previously used Grapevine venue becoming a volleyball-only facility. More details: CLICK HERE

2026 Registration & Fees

Team Registration – NCHBC 2026

• The 2025-26 Invitational Team Registration Form can be located BELOW by [AUGUST 4th].

NCHBC 2026 Event Fee Structure:

Early Bird Team Fee Discount (Deadline: August 31st)
Early Bird Player Fee Discount (Deadline: November 15th)

• District Early Bird Team Fees:
  • $350 for 18u
  • $200 for 16u & 14u
  • $100 for 12u & 10u Teams

• Regional Early Bird Team Fees:
  • $400 for 18u Teams
  • $350 for 16u & 14u Teams
  • $200 for 12u Teams
  • $100 for 10u Teams

• Nationals Early Bird Team Fees:
  • $750 for 18u Teams
  • $700 for 16u & 14u Teams
  • $500 for 12u Teams
  • $200 for 10u Teams

• Post Early Bird Cost: A $100 fee per team per event will be added on September 1st
• A 5% convenience fee applies to all electronic and partial payments (waived for full team fee paid by check or full invoice amount).

Team Deposit Schedule:

• A $100 deposit per team per event is due to complete registration.
• An additional $100 deposit per team per event is due on October 15th.
• All credits and deposits will be applied towards the invoice. Deposits are required for all teams, even if the organization has a credit balance.
• From January 1st-6th, all teams will be invoiced with a due date of January 15th.
• A 5% convenience fee (waived for full team deposits paid by check, also waived when the whole team fee invoice amount is paid by check).

Cancellation Policy: Please note that any teams removed within 30 days of the event will be invoiced for the full amount, as we have a 30-day cancellation notice policy. This is likely to impact District teams.

Player Fees

Early Bird Discount (Deadline: Players Registering by November 15th)

• Districts: $10 per player fee, plus 5% convenience fee. (As of June 26th, a $10 Player Fee will be added for all district participants for the upcoming season. This is the only change to the entire NCHBC 2026 fee structure; this will offset increased rates at our district facilities.)
• Regionals: $20 per player fee, plus 5% convenience fee.
• Nationals: $30 per player fee, plus 5% convenience fee.
• Family Discount: For families with more than three players, contact nchbchomeschoolnationals@gmail.com for a family rate.
• Post Early Bird Cost: Add a minimum of $10 per player per event for registrations after November 15th.

Ticketing & Admissions

• Nationals: No Gate in Springfield, MO for Nationals.
• District & Regionals: Gates/Tickets are required for all attendees except players and two coaches per team.
• Organizations with five or more teams will receive ten coaches passes to distribute within their program.

General Policies

• No Refund Policy: The NCHC has a strict No Refund Policy. Payments are non-refundable; however, they are transferable for up to one year. If an organization makes a deposit on 13 teams and only 12 make, the deposits made on the team that did not make are transferable.
• Update Page: As we get within 30 days of the event, we will have an [Update Page] that has the most up-to-date info links for the event we are currently focused on.
• Brackets & Opening Day Game Times: You can expect to know your age group’s earliest start time seven (7) days before the event. Brackets are released no later than Monday for events starting on Thursday, Tuesday for events starting on Friday, and Friday for events starting on Monday.
• Facilities & Locations: All facilities and locations listed are subject to change.
