πŸ—³οΈ 18u NATIONAL PLAYER OF THE YEAR (POY) BALLOT

The Maravich Award The ballot for the 2026 National POY is officially open to 18u D1 & D2 Head Coaches/Directors ONLY.

  • Eligibility: To be on the ballot, a player must have been named All-Region and their team must be competing in Division 1 or Division 2 at Nationals. (Note: 18u D1/D2 Coaches may vote even if they do not have an All-Region player on their own roster).
  • The NEW Daily Voting System: We have moved away from game-by-game voting for Nationals! Coaches now submit one ballot per day to vote for the best player(s) they saw that day.

    • Who you can vote for: You may vote for up to two (2) players. You cannot vote for your own team. YouΒ canΒ voteΒ for an opponent you played, a player you scouted from the stands, or a standout you watched on the official Livestream.

    • When to vote: We ask that coaches wait until 7:00 PM or later each evening to cast their vote so the day’s performances are fresh.

  • Legacy Exception: Returning Maravich Award winners (Legacy Award recipients) are not on the ballot. They are automatically All-Americans and will receive their Sullivan, Moriah Jefferson, or Justin Jackson Award on Monday night.
  • Daily Voting Window: Opens daily at 7:00 PM starting Monday, March 16th.
  • Final Deadline: Friday, March 20th @ 5:00 PM.

If you are a Regional MVP, All-Region, District MVP, or All-District winner, you may collect your medals at the following times:

  • Sunday, March 15th (Early Pick-Up): 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM @ Mission University (W.E. Dowell Fieldhouse).
  • Monday, March 16th (Official Pick-Up): All day @ Drury University (O’Reilly Center).
  • Monday Night Opening Ceremony (7:00 PM): Join us at Drury for the official recognition of all All-Region players on the court.

πŸ€ CHAMPIONSHIP FRIDAY FINALE: THE 18U ALL-REGION GAMES ARE BACK!

Friday, March 20th @ Drury O’Reilly Center The All-Region games return to the Friday night spotlight! Stay in your seats following the 8:00 PM Undisputed Championship for the Grand Finale.

  • 9:20 PM: Girls 18u All-Region Game
  • Followed by: Boys 18u All-Region Game
  • The Senior Send-off: Immediately following the games, all seniors will take center court for recognition and the closing prayer.
